• 1991 The company is established, mainly specializing in architecture and interior design.
  • 1993 Development of design products is added to the range of company’s activities.
  • 1994 Production division is set up. Basic retail equipment systems are being manufactured. The business starts to expand across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
  • 1995 The retail equipment systems are now being distributed not only in the Baltic States but Moscow and St. Petersburg as well.
  • 1997 Russia suffers an economic crash. The company suffers losses and seizes all manufacturing activity in Russia.
  • 1998-1999 Company focuses on architecture and development of interior and design products.
  • 1999 Modern shopping malls are being built rapidly in Lithuania. The company renews production activities. Company’s architects start focusing on designing shop interiors and equipment.
  • 2000 Services of interior design and retail equipment installation are now provided in Russia.
  • 2004 Company opens a branch in Russia. The new division carries out full fitting, decorating and installation of retail equipment.
  • 2004-2008 Company carries out full shop fitting service – from start to finish – in wide range of stores in all major cities in Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-na-Donu, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Stavropol, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Vladivostok).
  • 2004-2008 Company’s retail equipment is being fitted in wide range of shops across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland and Czech Republic.
